I subscribed to the digital lifetime option, received email confirmation. Then a few days later received an email thanking me for my 3 year subscription - which is 1/2 the price. I called and emailed, received an immediate email reply that it was an error (which I appreciated), generated by the system but a glitch. Then later on received a callback. The rep said she'd confirm my account and send a written confirmation. But to please use email not phone s because of limited support. I never received her written confirmation, but already had the 1st one so didn't worry. BUT - if they don't want people to call, why are 2 different 'contact us' phone numbers, along with email address, used on the site and in all the emails, to use if you have any questions? Plus, the lifetime digital option wasn't offered by the paper I chose, but the 1,2,3 year prices were. So shop carefully. I'm very happy with a lifetime digital subscription offer, but it hasn't started yet per my chosen date. We'll see how it goes.
WSJ arrived on the requested start date.
The Wall Street Journal was delivered late everyday and had to cancelled subscription due to poor service. I did not had this issue when I had my subscription directly with The Wall Street Journal. I would not recommend to purchase subscription with Top Subscription company.
I still have not received my paper. Response from the service department is slow and not what was promised.
Very hard to read the newspaper. Hard to find the stories.
So far, the WSJ articles have been informative and objectively reported.

My son has yet to receive his first issue of the Wall Street Journal. I'm thinking that it may be time for a full refund.
I've been a WSJ subscriber for 40 years but its content has eroded in the past couple years and it simply is not worth the full subscription price to me. Top Subscription Deals has a great full access price that I can justify on my retirement income. Very pleased after a couple weeks of use.

Very good pricing for print WSJ and personnel were very responsive to the notes that I wrote about how I wanted the new subscription to start when the current subscription expires.
